Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any flight or service from Heli South East. By purchasing a ticket or booking a flight, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- “Company” means Heli South East, operating under helisoutheast.com.
- “Passenger” means any person who purchases or is the recipient of a flight.
- “Flight” means any helicopter flight or experience provided by Heli South East.
- “Voucher” means a pre-paid certificate redeemable for a flight experience.
- “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Carriage.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
2.2 Payments may be made securely online via helisoutheast.com using accepted payment methods.
2.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.4 Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation including your flight details and, if applicable, a voucher.
3. Voucher Terms
3.1 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law.
3.3 It is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem the voucher and book their flight before the expiry date.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 By the Passenger:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the flight date are eligible for free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the flight are non-refundable.
- No-shows will forfeit the flight and any entitlement to reschedule or refund.
4.2 By the Company:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to adverse weather, technical issues, or operational requirements.
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative date. Refunds will be issued only if rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable period.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1 All flights are subject to weather conditions and may be postponed for safety reasons.
5.2 We will contact passengers as early as possible if weather conditions affect scheduled flights.
6. Passenger Requirements
6.1 The maximum passenger weight limit is 17 stone / 108kg. Passengers exceeding this limit may be refused boarding.
6.2 Passengers must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult if under 18.
6.3 Valid photographic identification may be required.
6.4 Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight time.
6.5 Pregnant passengers beyond 28 weeks and those with serious medical conditions must consult a doctor and provide medical clearance.
7. Safety and Conduct
7.1 All passengers must follow the safety briefing and instructions of crew at all times.
7.2 Intoxicated or disruptive passengers will be denied boarding without refund.
7.3 Smoking, alcohol, and unauthorised items are prohibited on board.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Heli South East holds full public liability insurance.
8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment or opportunity.
8.3 Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Personal information collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
